As many of you know Harry was diagnosed as being on the Autism Spectrum earlier this year. We wanted to do something to help the community and thank all the people that have helped us through this challenging time.

Instead of participating in the Rodman Ride for Kids to support AANE we will be holding outdoor HIIT workouts on August 29th at 9:00AM and 10:30AM (let me know the time you prefer) at North Rockland High School. We would love to see as many people as possible out on the field. The donation is $20.00 and all proceeds go to AANE — a nonprofit with a mission that means a great deal to us personally. AANE helps people with Asperger's or similar autism spectrum and neurodiverse profiles build meaningful, connected lives. They provide individuals, families, and professionals with information, education, community, support, and advocacy — all in an inclusive atmosphere of validation and respect. Since there will not be a ride this year we have decided to Choose Our Own Adventure.

Your donation of any amount will help us reach our fundraising goal, and 100% of the funds that we raise will directly support AANE’s life-changing programs and services.

Please know how much your support means to us and the thousands of individuals and families AANE serves each year.
