Youth Enrichment Services (YES) is a non-profit organization that has been serving Boston youth since 1968 through outdoor, sports-based, and leadership development programs. YES has continued to serve young people, both in-person and virtually, through its three-tiers of programming. As YES youth move through each tier, they gain new experiences, gain confidence and build leadership skills. The organization serves Boston youth (ages 7-18) with an intentional focus on reaching young people in the neighborhoods of Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan, and Jamaica Plain.

The mission of YES is to inspire youth through outdoor experiences and leadership opportunities that build confidence and prepare them to summit life’s challenges.
